How does Spike know who to put under Priority?

When you get a new message, Spike checks whether you’ve previously communicated with the email address. If you have, Spike assumes this is a person you know.. For example, if a colleague sends you an email, it will automatically go to ‘Priority’. But if you get a Newsletter or an email from someone you don’t know, you’ll find it under ‘Other’.
