About The Position

  • Oversee the lifecycle of customers from onboarding to renewal
  • Become a product expert and stay updated on all Spike features.
  • Internal follow-up of issues, bugs, and feature requests.
  • Create positive experiences for users by helping resolve any issues via Zendesk + Active Campaign
  • Be a trusted advisor for our high-value paying users to guarantee full adoption of Spike features
  • Evaluate opportunities to increase customer satisfaction, expansion, and retention
  • Empowered to be a builder and create processes with the team


  • Native or fluent English speaker
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Fast learner with great problem-solving skills, taking a consultative approach to finding the best solution
  • Clear and thoughtful communicator with excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Curious to find the answer to complex problems
  • Willing to work US hours - Monday through Friday (Remote - Located in Israel)
  • Possibility to advance within the company
  • Additional European language - An advantage
  • Knowledge in Zendesk, Active Campaign and/or Amplitude - An advantage
  • Previous customer-facing experience in SaaS company - An advantage
  • The position is WFH and training will take about 1 ½ month at our HQ during Israeli hours
