How to connect Outlook/Hotmail/Exchange
Sometimes, when connecting an account to a 3rd party app, the email provider may require approving the app or using an app-specific password.

- Enter this link https://account.microsoft.com/activity with the account you are having problems with.
- Approve the Spike sign in and generate an app-specific password if necessary.
- Log in to Spike again and it’s smooth sailing from here!
