The Role:

We’re seeking a creative and data-driven Content Strategist to drive global growth by creating and leading innovative content and growth strategies. You’ll play a pivotal role in crafting impactful content that drives growth, engagement, and brand awareness. This is a strategic position where you’ll have the opportunity to shape Spike’s content narrative and lead our PR efforts.



  • Develop and execute a growth-driven content strategy.
  • Develop and write high-quality content across blog, website copy, product marketing materials, video scripts, ad copy, social media channels, and email marketing.
  • Amplify brand reach and audience engagement across social media (owned and general) to fuel growth.
  • Leverage data to measure content performance and identify areas for optimization.
  • Build relationships with journalists and influencers to secure media coverage.
  • Manage and grow social channels to position our brand in the market.
  • Spearhead Spike’s PR strategy, including press release writing and media outreach.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in content marketing and PR.


You’re a great fit if you have:

  • 5+ years of experience in content strategy or a related field.
  • A strong understanding of SEO principles and content marketing best practices.
  • An insatiable desire for growth hacking.
  • Experience with content creation across blog posts, social media, website copy, etc.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with a knack for crafting compelling narratives.
  • Experience with CMS- a plus.
  • Data-driven approach, can translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Proven experience with influencer outreach and media relations.
  • Native or like-native English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for Spike’s mission to revolutionize business communication.
  • Experience in the B2B SaaS industry.
