Clearing your device cache to resolve general app misbehavior

 

 

Mobile

  1. From the Main Menu, go to ‘Settings’ and select ‘Advanced’.

  2. Under the header of ‘Data’, select ‘Cleanup’.

 

On Windows

  1. Uninstall Spike using the Windows Uninstaller.

  2. Delete the Spike folder under C:\Users\YOUR_USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Spike (if you are unable to see the AppData folder then you will need to show ‘hidden files’).
